A couple of options:

a.) As suggested in post #8, contact Carts & Clubs as they use a trim seal at the bottom of their windshields that does a great job.

b.) If you want to venture down the DIY path, check this web site out: Trim Lok - #1 Source for Plastic and Rubber Trims and Seals or perhaps go to a NAPA store to see what types of seals/gaskets they might have available or have access to.
