My tenants renting Dec 2012-Mar 2013 do not want to rent my cart this coming snowbird season (they are mountain bikers), so I have a nice, 2-seater electric cart available for $240/mo (as oposed to the $350/mo The Villages charges) if any owner or tenant would like to rent out. Two month minimum please.
