You mentioned something I was thinking while reading these posts. There is another reason to be cautious about specials. You'll find another in #4 from the link I will be providing. That site gives restaurant secrets that some posters (not necessarily from this thread) might have avoided if they were aware of some of these secrets. I think I'll go back and read them again in hopes of remembering in the future!
