I have been in The Villages for almost nine years and have seen foxes a half dozen times. The last time was a month ago about 8AM. I was talking to my daughter on the phone and spotted one trotting across the Hacienda golf course behind my house. When I informed my daughter of the sighting she told me that there would be a lot more foxes around if I hadn't shot so many 40 years ago. (1500 mile north of here!)
