Sounds to me like the non smokers already have all the options as it stands today. But you want it banned in other areas just in case you decide you want to go there too.

I hate to disappoint some of you but that is not a very equitable position to take. If you don't like the smoke stay out of the areas where it is allowed. THAT SOLVES THE PROBLEM!!!

and further, billyworld - i cannot support your effort to strip individuals of another "right". as a non-smoker you already have the "right" to address the smoker politely asking them to not smoke until you have left the area OR to leave the area yourself. smokers are limited to designated areas already. it is not your "right" to deny someone the "right" to smoke themselves to death if they so choose.
