I can sort of see both sides in that there is a "right" to be had. But seriously folks to disparage the poster...just doesn't make sense to me.

The smoker was inconsiderate????...and had an obligation to "ask" permission to light up? Don't you get it? The smoker had every right to light up...s/he was sitting in a legal smoking area. The non smoker had no grounds for complaint! Geesh!
