Sorry, but many older and some younger retirees are not capable of walking over several hundred feet, never mind 2 blocks. Should these people just stay home and leave the squares with the entertainment to only the fit and able? Should they just stay home during the "peak" season? Should prospective buyers only come for a visit during the summer unless they are young and/or physically fit, driving in only so they can bring chairs? Should any visiting family/friends only come in the summer months?

Sorry, but rude is not seasonal and saving rows of chairs for those who might show up is rude and not what TV prides itself for as friendly. We were taught at a very early age that sharing with others is expected and the right thing to do.
