Gosh. This kind of reverse selling doesn't work very well with me.
I say that any paint in the intense sun, high humidity and need for frequent power washing is gonna only look real good for around 3-4 years here.
My walls are not painted with just primer. We were there every day and I saw them put at least two coats of paint on.
The design team sent me Sherman Williams chips to choose from when the outside of our home had to be changed so it wouldn't be identical to one next door.
I think that as they learn they make even better choices as time goes on...the builders.
