I will agree that this congress is really bad.....both houses. But to blame it only on the House and bypass the Senate is a bit unfair and openly bias.

The OP is talking about the House Armed Services Committee adding back in billions of dollars in additional spending to the defense budget for unneeded programs, while cancelling plans to increase health health insurance premiums to be paid by active military.
What does that have to do with the Senate?
