Not only are you giving Romney a whole lot more credit for what he will do IF HE IS ELECTED....but when was the last time a POTUS passed any kind of a spending bill? That all gets done in the House and is supposed to be also passed in te Senate and then signed by the POTUS.
The bigger question about Romney IF HE IS ELECTED is whether he he can convince both houses of Congress to act as responsibly as you give him credit for.
With this Congress? Want my guess? No way. Nada chance....zilch...zero.
