Bucco, do you seriously think that what the right-leaning House passes isn't purposely designed to offend the left-leaning Senate, which along with the refusal of both parties to so much as talk with one another almost guarantees stalemate?
C'mon, this is all political and ideological one-upsmanship at it's worst. There is NO interest by either party in doing what is right for the country, only winning the ideological battles and getting re-elected.
I say again....throw 'em all out and start over.
