I have repeatedly called them since December asking where my card is. All I get is a customer service rep to tell me she will pass this information along to the marketing department and they will call me. They have never returned my calls for the past 5 months. The CSR will not transfer me to the department either.
As I am an out of town owner, I cannot go to their office to demand satisfaction. Has anyone else had this issue and what did you do to get it resolved? I do not want to drop Comcast because I prefer cable over Dish Network.

Yes, I am having the same problem, I signed up in Sept. and was told I would also get a gift card- mine was $ 100.00 Visa card. I had to have the service for 3 months, Still no card. I also call and even wrote a letter. No card yet ! The last time I called I even said I would like to cancel services, I would like to go with century link, they told me if I cancelled early I would have to pay a early termination fee....They said they would look into this.
