Default Why Not Make Chairs Charitable Revenue

Have a local charity (or 2 or 3) take charge of renting out the chairs for a nominal fee. They would start distributing chairs one hour before each event. No more seat saving and I am sure the fees would be most appreciated. Space could be saved for wheel chairs. Space could be saved along the walls. In other words, stress free and organized and good for the community.

I know there will be comments that we should not have to pay for something that is part of our amenity fees. However, what value is there if something is free, but cloaked in resentment? At any rate, I believe the chairs, entertainment, etc. are not paid for by our fees, but by retailers and square management.
