Well, I'm crying too. My son just came home safely a couple of months ago from Iraq (thank goodness) but before he left he asked me if he could switch the contact for his dog's microchip to my house. His dog had run away and he was so afraid that she would be located and they wouldn't have any way to contact him and let him know she had been found. She never was found but I guess this story sort of hits home in a special way for me. Thank you for sharing and for making me cry. A good heartfelt cry is good sometimes, it proves your still alive inside. And, by the way, The Art of Racing in the Rain is one of my favorite books. I have recommended it to many people.
