That Halle Berry stuff is interesting. Not sure how federal jurisdiction though applies to what would be a state matter.

I agree with the VillagerII though that for most Americans either Romney or Obama would be just fine.

"Sad, but the VAST majority of Americans would be OK with Romney or Obama as the president. Only the small minority have irrational fears that make them run out and buy more ammo."

The checks and balances in our system of government prevent a bad president from really getting us into an unsolvable mess.
