Ok got some costs, (this is on Cottage) a simple bump to the side 1.5 to 2 car I think it's a 4' extension < $3K, not bad. But it is dependent on the lot width & setbacks therefore, may require a wider lot with a premium.
A bump to the front including the front entrance is about $6K, but no lot size issues.
He did see anything on the bird cage add on but his guess was $1500.
So now knowing that we just need new areas to open up and pick out a lot.

180 in Charlotte has about 30 lots from $9,000 to $89,000 premiums
