We had work done by BJ's when we moved in. Installed our attic stairs, and also put in the drains you're talking about. May have done other work for us, but it's all a blur right now....
Had no problems with the company at all.
The drains worked well except in one area of our lanai...the flooring didn't slope towards the drain so we had to use a broom to push the water out there. Even so, it was much easier than trying to move the water to the door. When we had our birdcage installed, the drains were removed.
Just check your flooring levelness where the drains will be.
