Congrats on your new home in Sanibel. We live on Bradford Loop on one of the cul-de-sacs, and have many wonderful neighbors. We lovingly refer to ourselves as, "The Loopies" - haha. We've already had a few parties and good turn-outs. The area is close to the Colony Rec Center, with tons of activities, and the Colony Plaza, with just about everything you need.
