What good is it to have a law requiring a valid Social Security number to claim this tax credit, when E-Verify has been available for years, and the leftists have fought against requiring E-Verify for being hired into a job.
Not even Social Sec. Administration checks numbers to see if
its own new hires have "valid" SS numbers or if they're here legally!
