Default Shoeless Joe.

I take my pooch to the dog park almost every day and have a set of designated shoes for the chore.

Yesterday, I went to the dog park and came back home. I take off the designated dog park shoes upon arrival. They sometimes have dog poop on them so I do not take them into the house but leave them in the garage unless they are relatively clean.

These shoes were clean yesterday so I took them in the house along with what I though was the dog's harness and leash, my car keys, the garage door opener, glasses and glass case, my wallet, etc.

I just take all these into the house when geting home.

Six hours later I was ready to go to the postal center with my pooch but could not find the garage door opener anywhere. I go to the postal center anyway but leave the garage door open.

I searched all thorough the house, under the car, in the car, under the car seat, in the basket where the dog's leash and harness are, in my dresser drawer, under the bed, etc.

I gave up thinking that the garage door opener had gone missing.

I have a restless night wondering what I did with that garage door opener??? Maybe, I dropped it somewhere like at the dog park? I did not use it yesterday because the garage door was already open while a family member cleaned up the garage.

I get ready to go to the dog park today, bend down to pick up my dog park designated shoes but cannot get my foot into the right shoe. Why? Because the garage door opener is in the bottom of the shoe.
