I think it would be really cynical to think there was any hanky-panky in the counting of votes.
FOX Network could never get away with it.
People are able to vote numerous times each, It depends how dedicated the fans of any contestant are. If you want to spend hours voting, you can get a lot of votes in. You can vote numerous times on the internet and numerous times o the phone.
