We saw in the GOP primary the effect that the super PAC's could have. I'd almost go so far as to say whichever candidate has the super PAC's with the deepest pockets will have an advantage. It had better be that because if Romney is going to rely on "outspeeching" Obama, beating him in debates or coming up with memorable zingers, he could be in trouble.
