Wow...As a dog owner, I can tell you I would never have the nerve to do such a thing! That is truly discourteous! While I intend to walk my dogs in their own yard and try to get them to do their business there, dogs are unpredictable! If they were to "go along the way" I certainly would pick up after them! I always have bags with me (unfortunately even when I don't need them!). Anyways, I am sorry to hear this news and hopefully these types of bold actions do not happen on a regular basis!
