One of the most important facts concerning the company is a 10 week union strike in April 1997. Another point omitted is that fact that nearly half the US steel companies filed for bankruptcy around the same time that GST Steel filed and most of the companies customers filed for bankruptcy.

It is sickening to see and hear the lies and then to read responses from people who blindly, and sometimes knowingly, continue the lies.
