Seondly because someone gets a payday doesn't mean the individual was guilty of anything as the payment may have been determined to be "economically" the smarter move. Keep in mind what you believe, or what you know means nothing as it is what you can factual prove in a court of law and in the criminal case "beyond a reasonable doubt. The rules of evidence can be a very tricky thing.
