We were not told by the agent that the view would be blocked in a few years and feel cheated that the gorgeous view we had is now blocked. These trees are planted by the HOA and are on their property. Is there something we can do or someone we can talk to about it? It's like having a view and then someone throws up a wall. The agent should have known what was planted there and it would obstruct the view over time. One weeping willow we could live with but three side by side block out everything but the very edges. We are finally moving there full time shortly and will have the time to concentrate on trying to get this corrected. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We don't have an HOA.

Someone told me that the land is common area near ponds but the homeowner is to maintain it. But I could be mistaken.

Bogie Shooter will come on and tell you who to call OR

You can call the sales office and they will tell you.
