Good to hear that Jimbo! I wish you good hunting and hope you find what you are seeking! I ended up switching my lot in Fernandina to lot 25 in Gilchrest. Are the lots you are referencing for the cottages also in Gilchrest or another new section to open soon? Whatever the case, nice to know you will have a good choice!
