Probably shouldn't tell U this. We started with an Iris and ended up with the Lily. After close look we liked the Lily better. A little larger living area in the Lily----we expanded the master by 2 ft. and the Lanai by 6 ft 4"---and added 2 ft. to the golf cart garage of our Lily. Thats all to the house & garage as far as size. The rest you can always change without too much problem. Corian in our kitchen---double rack closets----and the like is mostly personal taste. We are on the 7th hole of Fort Walton.
