If you are a Canadian or a friend of a Canadian that would be willing to talk to us about the ins and outs of buying here in Villages we would appreciate a call. If your willing to talk with us we can exchange emails with phone numbers. Thanks in advance railroadman77
We purchased a home in The Villages in 2007. It's the best decision we ever made. We belong to a Canadian club called "Loonies and Toonies" with over 450 members. There are thousands of Canadians who own property in TV, from all provinces.

The one big negative for us is that the US government doesn't issue Retiree Visas. We are considered Resident Aliens and are only allowed to spend 182 days in the US in a calendar year. Thus we have to maintain two residences, one in Canada and one in Florida. We'd love to stay longer in The Villages if only the US Government Immigration Department would allow us!

Please PM me, it would be a pleasure to speak with you.
