I think it's a winning issue either way for President Obama. If it's overturned, he can say I tried my best to pass this, and if reelected I will try for universal health care for all, which would not be unconstitutional. There is a reason why Obama wanted this case decided before the election, when it could have been deferred until next year.

You know what...in a way you are correct.
NOW, let us aim the anger at the right place. Who passed this huge boondoggle ? Who did it against the wishes of the American Public ? Who passed a bill not even resembling what he said it would be ?
So who should receive the anger.....
OBAMA and him alone. He caused this not only to be such a mess...and the costs continue to rise....and nothing
STILL HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT HEALTH COSTS, TORT REFORM, ETC...NOTHING and who was warned consistently about the single payer
The anger if there is any should be placed at the WH. They put those poor people in this situtation...they could have avoided it, but did not. They insisted that we would love it once we read it or they read it or whatever.
There is only one place for this blame......the Obama administration and nobody else.
HAD he not lied, none of this is facing us...had he not lied, we would not have such a mess facing us, both with health care but THERE IS A REASON THAT THE DEMOCRATS HAVE NOT PASSED A BUDGET.....IT is the healthcare bill.....
when folks see what this will cost the country....they will be even more angry than they should be now.
