Not sure I understand either of your points.
YOU criticized the House, but walk away from the Senate because

Thus you must be privy to the house....so what is there that you have been advised is so bad. They pass budgets, the send bills on as required in the constitution.......wont ask you about the Senate because...well, you dont know BUT you do know about the House.
Both suck in my opinion but you seem only interested in the house...must be a reason for that..oh, yeah that body you imply you know something about versus the senate.
Yeah, not going to check on the last budget balanced because I dont care....that is history and my interest is NOW. And while our budget is neither balanced or unbalanced
