This is not a political question - nor is it putting anyone in a conservative or liberal group. It is just a question that I would like to get some viewpoints on.

I am not quite sure your fascination with the personal questions and your attempt to not be political. I will just tell you that ALL conservatives are not anti abortion, nor are ALL liberals pro abortion and I could go on and on with examples in many areas.
You tend to make such generalizations put everyone into a niche that is comfortable for you.
Personal situations transcend politics, religion and there are so many factors at play that to disguise your intent is really not a nice thing to do and then to end your post on a flip note.
