Take the whole Saul Alinsky thing. Because Alinsky attended a campaign party at Obama's house when he was an old man and Obama was a fledgling politician, do I think that Obama's whole personna, political and social beliefs have been changed as the result? Same with the influence of Reverend Wright on the POTUS. After the crazy minister made his offensive statements, Obama quit the church and was critical of him. I believe and accept Obama's actions. You don't. We disagree. Why debate it further?
Hardly anyone on this forum is going to vote differently in November as the result of some revelation that one of us posts here. But maybe if we all took the time to discuss and debate the really big issues facing the country and the world rather than continually beating up on Obama's character, the time we spend here might be more worthwhile.
I hope you don't take your ball and bat and go home. Sometimes we have fun jabbing at one another. You very often do excellent research which I'm sure benefits all the other members. I'd miss you.

Just coming back to check on you....
1. PLEASE tell me the last time I used Wright and/or Alinsky in a serious matter since 2008 ?
2. Anything I post is in the news...ALL OF it. I make nothing up. I invite discussion on any of those issues...ANY OF THEM. I very seldom receive any.
3. I challenge you to find two more people whoever posted on this forum that have begun NON BIAS issue oriented discussion, and then count all the responses received.
4. You have a selective memory and selective targets. I have always invited DISCUSSION ON ANY ISSUE. I do not insult anyone but I notice that your flame on me excluded those who simply come on here to make nasty comments, make up mocking names of any Republican on the planet. I notice you also exclude those who
NEVER EVER NOT ONCE engaged in a discussion of even one and issue. Those are the folks who give us the meaningless one liners that they believe means they are engaging in political discussion.
5. You also excluded those who come on here and just make things up...I suppose if it is aimed at certain folks, then that is fine. Obviously you find fault with me challenging folks who do that, but do not feel comfortable ignoring people just making things up (lying if you will).

What is important VK ? A lecture from you....listen, I happen to love discussing current events.....you obviously are not...you want to discuss what you want to discuss and that is it. YOU will decide what is meaning full and what is not.
