Barking dogs are an insignificant annoyance?
One of the things I love about my home in TV is the peace and quiet I enjoy. A barking dog is a dog in distress and I for one would feel his/her pain. When people have a dog and ignore them or worse refuse to train their dog they infringe on their neighbors P&Q.
We have neighbors behind us with two dogs and I have never been disturbed by them; when I finish this note I'll say a prayer in thanksgiving.:bowdown
