Gracie, you should try more of the local gulf seafood like snapper, flounder, grouper, or king mackeral. My mouth's watering just thinking of them!
A lot of people on the northern Florida gulf coast like mullet also but it's not one of my favorites.
And if you're ever in Pensacola, Joe Patti's Seafood (like the previous post mentioned) is a place to behold!
