It is refreshing to see that there are so many nutrition conscious people on the board. I've always believed that our job as parents is to walk our talk so after doing your own research, the best thing any of us can do for ourselves and our kids is to follow a diet that we believe is the most healthful. Each person has to find that one out for him/herself and I don't believe it is necessarily a one size fits all thing. But again moderation is key. I guess I better get off the soap box.

Yes, you can find healthier beef. Wish I had more time to talk about it. Maybe later.

I am type O and did go back to eating meat briefly. Didn't care for it that much though. So I'm back to veganism and enjoying it very much.
