I don't think this is going to be a 'predictable' rainy season. Some of the southeast was looking like a drought then the heavy rains kicked in.
Today, Pensacola got 13-14 inches! Yes, 13-14 since midnight. That is the second highest daily rainfall on record for them. Highest was in 1934 at 15 inches.
