A couple of nice neighborhoods are Caroline, Virginia Trace, and Mallory Hill. Lots lower bond, no construction, mature landscaping, homes with built-ins that do not have to be added, and able to negotiate price with the seller.

On another note, I preferred to build so that I could customize what I wanted prior to moving in! I guess it is whatever your preference is. Although, I have to agree that Caroline, V. Trace and Mallory are really nice neighborhoods! I looked at a few pre-owned in Mallory and Caroline... Just do what makes you happy, but both sides of 466A are good!
