I've seen stadiums in at least two locations that had concrete seats. One of them is the Bleeker Stadium in Albany NY where I've been on several occasions when I was a little younger. We even had our equivelent of the Army Navy Football game there when our military school (LSI) in Troy, NY played Albany's military school. (CBA) It happened once a year and both schools were in uniform. Both schools would drill after the game and a saber was passed on from the last year winner to the other school, that is... if they won. Also attended a number of drum & bugle corps competitions (and marched in a few) there over the years. I don't know if they are still concrete seats today though!
