My 94 year old Mother was called for jury duty! When I called to ask that she be excused due to her age I was asked if she was indeed capable of serving. Sure, I said, but you'll have to take several long breaks so that she and her walker can get to the bathroom if she can remember where it is! They then apologized for the silly question and said to have a nice day!
