The apartment foundation is cracking, the roof and windows leak, the paint is peeling, your neighbors are parking cars in your driveway……

The current landlord buys a new pretty plant for the front entry and many tenants love the new plant. He smiles and says how good he feels about the new plant……

Do you really think that the focus of the landlord selection should be what the other landlord would do with the new plant if he took over?

I am losing hope that the general population can get past the shiny objects being held up to distract them during all of these campaigns.
