Default House Insurance for Snow Birds
Building in Sanibel and getting info on house insurance. Was told that due to long stretches of house being unused that I would have the Vancancy Endorsement option on house insurance policy. Meaning that house covered for all except vandalism/mischievous damage after 90 days of vancancy. Also told that all insurances that way? Has anyone come across this or know anything about it? This was through the The Villages Insurance.
