Probably best to not BS your way through the home watch person dealie-o with the insurance provider - ours wanted a name and contact info for our home watch person for potential follow-up/verification.

We had the same situation about the home watch person we hired. (Love ya, Dee!) The insurance company wanted a copy of the contract. We didn't have a contract with Dee, but they were happy with a copy of the emails we exchanged with her.
