The boomers just hit the market. This place has been around for awhile. AND it just keeps getting better and better and better.

I have NOT seen ANY TV, Billboards or other advertising in three years.

We inhabitants are doing the advertising. I think that is how it is supposed to work.

Now...I have a question. Along the roadway, on Morse Blvd, north of 466, why does it look so bare in the grassy areas? It doesn't look bare north of 466 on Buena Vista or anywhere in the areas that are the oldest, north of 441/27.

Does that area have some sort of different governance?
