Now...I have a question. Along the roadway, on Morse Blvd, north of 466, why does it look so bare in the grassy areas? It doesn't look bare north of 466 on Buena Vista or anywhere in the areas that are the oldest, north of 441/27.
Does that area have some sort of different governance?
Now that is a hijack attempt!
