That may well be the case. But I still admire both John McCain and Russ Feingold for taking a stand and pushing some legislation thru
on a bi-partisan basis. Bi-partisan efforts on anything have been totally missing in this Congress. We can hold out hope for future Congresses, but at this point any kind of change doesn't look too promising.
