VK, You writings seem to echo Obama'a rhetoric in this case - blame the GOP house for the lack of a budget. The House has passed several budget bills, only to have the Democrat controlled Senate not only fail to bring them to a vote, but to not allow discussion of them on the Senate floor. Let's be honest for a change - the reason we do not have a budget that starts to deal with our problems exists because Harry Reid and Hussein Obama do not want to work towards a resolution.
