I used to cut the lawn of a Air Force General who retired a few years ago. He was in charge of long range planning for the Air Force. He happened to live a few doors down from me in Reno, Nevada while I was a teenager.
He was quite a character from the various stories I heard about him when he was a lawyer in Reno, Nevada.
