Freirich. YUM. I LOVE tenderloin (smoked pork butt) boiled or steamed with a bit o butter
and mustard on some fresh, soft potato or white bread. And how about mince? Catsup on fresh bread????? Salivating.
Rainy days are perfect for both meats.
