Just hang in there. The market has been harsh on exceptional higher end houses. Most of the ones that have sold in our area are the lower end homes needing work. I guess with the slow economy, people who otherwise would purchase a home they were qualified to buy, are chosing the lower price home as there is still a fear of buying real estate.
